Teresa Davis is a Client Assistant with The Carlson Group. She joined Hefren-Tillotson in April of 2016 as an Online Service Specialist, later transitioning into the assistant role in December of that year. She then joined The Carlson Group at the end of 2019. Teresa graduated from Point Park University with a Bachelors Degree in Broadcasting and received her Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Teresa enjoys developing meaningful relationships with clients and always strives to provide a great client experience. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help ensure that clients are taken care of promptly and satisfactorily. After working as an Online Specialist, Teresa can typically be found being the group's "online point-person", and she enjoys helping clients learn how to navigate and update their online access.
When Teresa isn't in the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her niece and nephews, and volunteering her time at Pittsburgh's Animal Friends rescue organization.
